House rules

• Events and Parties: We ask for your understanding that events and parties of any kind are not permitted in our property. We want to ensure the peace and comfort of all guests and neighbors.
• Smoking ban: To ensure a pleasant indoor climate for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. Guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
• Quiet hours: To ensure all guests have a restful night's sleep, we kindly ask you to keep your noise to a minimum and maintain quiet from 8:00 PM onwards. We ask for mutual consideration, especially on the terrace and in the outdoor areas.
• Check-out time: We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am on the day of departure so that we can prepare it for the next guests.
• Waste separation and disposal: Please support us in separating waste. Garbage must be separated accordingly and disposed of in the designated bins in the residential complex's waste house.
• Additional information and further regulations of the residential building can be found in the entrance area of the building.
